Step 2: Change Privacy Settings to Medium (Default Level)
The easiest way to enable Cookies is to set your security settings to Microsoft's default level.  Click on the 'Privacy' tab to access the following screen.  If you prefer to allow cookies from some sites and block from others, please go to Step 3:Allow cookie from certain sites  If you prefer to manually change your Cookies settings, please go to Step 4: Change Cookie Setting (Manually)

Step 4: Change Cookie Setting (Manually)
From the Internet Options screen, click on the 'Privacy' tab.  Click on 'Advanced'.
